multinationals and local corporates. SmartCityPeople aims to help
candidates identify better opportunities with improved benefits and
career prospects. SmartCityPeople aims to help employers recruit
the most appropriately qualified professionals for their business.
We do this through a rigorous screening and evaluation process,
culminating in face to face interviews. SmartCityPeople is licenced
to provide these services and adheres to the highest ethical and
professional standards.

At SmartCityPeople, we are keenly aware of the trust you place in
us and our responsibility to protect your privacy. SmartCityPeople

SmartCityPeople does not share your personal information with

Candidates

Smart Process:  Applications are screened on a daily basis, and
qualified candidates are regularly called in for interviews. 
Selected candidates who complete the interview process will be
able to log on to register interest in posted vacancies at any time.

Smart Service:  Our team will work closely with selected candidates
to better understand career goals and help identify new
opportunities for career progression.  Candidate CV’s remaining in
our database indefinitely, ensuring that candidates who have
passed the interview process will always be contacted regarding
new job opportunities. We provide this service to you free of charge.

Smart Security:  SmartCityPeople ensures that the data you
provide remains completely confidential.  Information is not
released to anyone other than prospective employers, and only
then with prior candidate consent.  SmartCityPeople recognises
the need for confidential communication with candidates, and will
only use the candidate’s preferred method of communication.

Employers

Employer registration with SmartCityPeople is free of charge.

Registered Employers are allocated a registration reference
number (User ID) and website password for secure, confidential
internet access to register and update vacancies as well as edit
company information, and SmartCityPeople will not divulge
employer details of name, address, telephone, or any other direct
contact information to any third party, without full Employer
approval. Your acceptance of Terms and Conditions confirms your
agreement and approval for company and vacancy information to
be released to registered Candidates, at the discretion of
SmartCityPeople.

Edition and Update Information

Registered employers and candidates have full freedom to amend,
update or edit their data at their own freewill. Please be assured
that your data is well protected.
