CANDIDATE REGISTRATION FORM These Terms and Conditions describe the basis of SmartCityPeople Services, and the responsibilities of their Registered Candidates. They apply to both permanent and temporary opportunitues. I understand that candidate registration with SmarCityPeople is free of charge On registration with SmartCityPeople, I agree that in using the Candidate services of SmartCityPeople to identify and apply for suitable Employer Opportunities, I will : Accept the Terms and Conditions of SmartCityPeople services, as set out below. Complete all documentation and website forms clearly, accurately, and honestly. Be able to verify my educational qualifications and work experience. Allow SmartCityPeople to present my personal details (but not including any direct contact details), including a full resume (CV) to prospective employers. Present myself for interview at the appointed time. Communicate honestly and fairly on all aspects involving Employer Opportunity search, selection and appointment. Not contact Employers directly, without the full agreement of SmartCityPeople. Notify SmartCityPeople of any Employment Opportunity offered by employers introduced by SmartCityPeople. Confirm any acceptance of an appointment offered through SmartCityPeople services to both the Employer and SmartCityPeople. Inform SmartCityPeople of any relevant information concerning an interview, appointment or future placement, or any other information that may be of interest to SmartCityPeople in the fulfillment of their service to both Candidates and Employers. Employers will not be able to access your data directly. SmartCityPeople will contact you for approval to release your personal data on a case by case basis. Candidates will be allocated a registration reference number (User ID) and website password for secure, confidential internet access, and SmartCityPeople will not divulge personal details of name, address, telephone, or any other direct contact details to any third party, without full candidate approval. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions confirms your approval for your personal information to be released to registered Employers.
